QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The company has put in place a pool of highly competent QA/QC department manned by a senior QA/QC Officer
that carries out checks on all the data acquire from the field, during office processing and the final product. All field
sheets and field data are to be signed by the QA/QC officer who also carries out the check to ensure that all data are
error free.
An Inspection / Quality Control Officer shall at all stages be present to ensure that the appropriate standards of
quality are achieved and that tests are duly conducted where and when necessary.
Geoville Consulting will not compromise any level of quality in any part of stage of the works.
Pre-commissioning test will be carried out on every completed stage of the work. The entire electrical joint will be
protected and insulated to avoid partial contact as well as electric shock. Pressure test will be carried out on all the
plumbing work and the existing flow lines. Penetrant test shall be conducted for structural welds by the use of aerosol
sprays in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
All tests shall be non-destructive process. Apre-commissioning manual exists specifically for this purpose.
Client representative and commissioning Engineers shall be obliged to inspect this work scope. This scope
amongst other matters, cover test of pump and other electrical equipment and connections, pipes and pipe joints,
water treatment plant and storage facilities.
